    Our High School Golf Strength and Conditioning class is where we are dedicated to helping young golfers improve their performance off the course through specialized fitness training. In this class, we focus on enhancing your strength, speed, flexibility, and overall athleticism, all essential components for success in golf.

    Led by TPI certified fitness specialist with a passion for golf, our class incorporates a variety of exercises and drills specifically tailored to the needs of golfers. Through strength training routines, we’ll work on building the key muscle groups required for a powerful and consistent golf swing. Additionally, we’ll focus on improving your speed and agility to maneuver around the course with precision.

    fundamentals of fitness and how it can enhance their golfing abilities. In this fun and engaging class, we
    focus on building a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism, tailored specifically
    for junior high students.

    Led by TPI certified fitness specialist who are passionate about golf and working with young athletes, our class incorporates a variety of age-appropriate exercises and activities that target the key muscle groups needed for a successful golf swing. Through fun and interactive drills, we aim to improve your balance, coordination, and agility, essential attributes for excelling on the golf course.

    This class is not just about physical conditioning; it’s also about instilling a love for fitness and promoting

  • Private Small Group Sessions

    Private Small Group Sessions For Adults (Semi-Private) 4-5 max

    *Separate classes for Adults (18-55) and Seniors (55+)

    PRIVATE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS are designed for adult and senior athletes who have a love for the game of golf and are striving to improve their game. These sessions are divided based on age and TPI assessment findings. Each session will consist of cardio and strength exercises with a strong mobility focus. Our goal is to develop healthy fitness habits that will to more success on the course.

    Expected results: Training technique, distance gains, consistency and improved health and wellness.  

    Equipment used: Dumbbell, barbell, medicine ball, speed sticks, jump mat and bands.
