Junior High School Strength & Conditioning (Girls 12-14 years of age)

Our Junior High Golf Fitness Class is a specialized program designed to introduce young golfers to the fundamentals of fitness and how it can enhance their golfing abilities. In this fun and engaging class, we focus on building a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism, tailored specifically for junior high students.

Led by TPI certified fitness specialists who are passionate about golf and working with young athletes, our class incorporates a variety of age-appropriate exercises and activities that target the key muscle groups needed for a successful golf swing. Through fun and interactive drills, we aim to improve your balance, coordination, and agility, essential attributes for excelling on the golf course.

This class is not just about physical conditioning; it’s also about instilling a love for fitness and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Whether you’re new to golf or have some experience, our supportive and nurturing environment will help you develop your skills while fostering a positive attitude towards fitness and the game of golf.
