*Separate classes for Adults (18-55) and Seniors (55+)
PRIVATE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS are designed for adult and senior athletes who have a love for the game of golf and are striving to improve their game. These sessions are divided based on age and TPI assessment findings. Each session will consist of cardio and strength exercises with a strong mobility focus. Our goal is to develop healthy fitness habits that will to more success on the course.
Expected results: Training technique, distance gains, consistency and improved health and wellness.
Equipment used: Dumbbell, barbell, medicine ball, speed sticks, jump mat and bands.
