Our High School Golf Strength and Conditioning class is where we are dedicated to helping young golfers
improve their performance off the course through specialized fitness training. In this class, we focus on
enhancing your strength, speed, flexibility, and overall athleticism, all essential components for success
in golf.

Led by TPI certified fitness specialist with a passion for golf, our class incorporates a variety of exercises
and drills specifically tailored to the needs of golfers. Through strength training routines, we’ll work on
building the key muscle groups required for a powerful and consistent golf swing. Additionally, we’ll
focus on improving your speed and agility to maneuver around the course with precision.

In this fun and supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself and push your
limits alongside other young golfers. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, our high school
golf fitness class is designed to cater to your individual needs and help you unlock your full potential on
the course.
